“Property is a bit hard to find at first. It's behind another building off the street. Outside parking is limited. Spacious parking in the underground garage. Honestly for the bay area, the secure underground parking is probably the best idea. Rooms are clean. Property is clean. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable beds. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The gas grill by the fireplace is a great bonus. The outdoor gas fireplace is nice too. The fitness center is good for a hotel fitness center. Would stay here again.”

“The room was over $400 per night. Their pet fee is $100; this is not a bad deal if you stay for an extended period of time however, if you're there for only one or two nights, it's very high. The room we were given was filthy; the coffee maker smelled like mold, the dishes in the kitchen looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months, there were crumbs all over the floor and there were hairs all throughout the bedding. We were told the room was "cleaned" which I cannot believe. The staff did give us a new room which seemed to actually have been cleaned but was not remorseful or concerned about the room we had been given. If you're going to charge over $400 per night, standards need to be raised. I will not be staying here again.”
