They put us in the wrong room with no notice and then when we asked the front desk for the room we were supposed to get they said they had overbooked and they could not refund us to go stay in a different hotel. They then uncharged us for the wrong room.

Mi esposa y yo disfrutamos de una escapada de dos días. Pasamos parte de nuestro tiempo en Home Depot, Lowe's y el centro comercial. Estábamos comparando precios e ideas que teníamos para nuestra casa. Nuestra experiencia con Residence Inn siempre ha sido excelente, desde el registro hasta la salida. Desayuno en la mañana, podíamos oler los gofres y el café al final del pasillo. Gofres, huevos duros, jugo.

As 2 senhoras que trabalham no balcão da frente às 22h58 de 19/03/2022 são muito rudes como muito rudes. Eu estava saindo do hotel, fiz contato visual com as duas senhoras e disse tenha uma noite maravilhosa, uma apenas desviou o olhar e a outra revirou os olhos feios. Lembre-se de que eu era extremamente gentil com eles, então eles não tinham motivos para ser assim. Você não é melhor que ninguém.

A equipe é muito amigável e prestativa. Muito bom, quartos limpos. A piscina era pequena, mas isso não impediu que nossos filhos menores de 8 anos se divertissem. Existem vários restaurantes nas proximidades e um excelente shopping.

Minha esposa e eu desfrutamos de uma escapadela de dois dias. Parte do nosso tempo foi gasto no Home Depot, no Lowe's e no shopping. Estávamos a comparar preços e ideias que tínhamos para a nossa casa. Nossa experiência com o Residence Inn sempre foi ótima, desde o check-in até o check-out. Café da manhã, podíamos sentir o cheiro dos waffles e café do corredor. Waffles, ovos cozidos, suco.

El personal es muy amistoso y útil. Habitaciones muy bonitas y limpias. La piscina era pequeña, pero eso no impidió que nuestros niños pequeños menores de 8 años se divirtieran. Hay numerosos restaurantes cerca y un excelente centro comercial.

The 2 ladys working the front counter at 10:58 pm on 3/19/2022 are very rude like very rude. I was leaving the hotel made eye contact with both ladys and said have a wonderfull evening one just looked away the other rolled her ugly eyes. Mind you I was beyond extremely nice to them so they had no reason to be like that. You're not better than anyone.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice, clean rooms. The pool was small but that didn't stop our young children under the age of 8 from having fun. There are numerous restaurants nearby and an excellent mall.

My wife and I enjoyed a two-day getaway. Some of our time was spent at home depot, Lowe's and the mall. We were comparing prices and idea's we had for our home. Our experience with residence inn has always been great, from checking in to checking out. Breakfast in the morning, we could smell the waffles and coffee from down the hall. Waffles, hardboiled eggs, juice .

Ventajas: Gran personal, bonitas habitaciones y excelente ubicación. Desventajas: No hay cargadores USB en el dormitorio ni cortinas opacas. Absolutamente volveremos.

Quédese aquí durante 6 meses con un grupo de compañeros de trabajo y vino a la ciudad para trabajar y las damas del escritorio fueron las más dulces y se aseguraron de que estuviéramos cómodos y tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos. Está en una ubicación muy agradable, todo lo que necesitas está muy cerca. La gente de limpieza hizo un muy buen trabajo. Traje a mi mascota que se quedó conmigo y las damas le dieron la bienvenida.

Fiquei aqui por 6 meses com um bando de colegas de trabalho e vim à cidade para trabalhar e as senhoras da recepção foram as mais amáveis e garantiram que estávamos confortáveis e tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos. Está em uma localização muito agradável, tudo que você precisa está muito perto. O pessoal da limpeza fez um trabalho muito bom. Trouxe o meu animal de estimação que ficou comigo e as senhoras deram-lhe as boas-vindas.

Stay here for 6 months with a bunch of coworkers and came into town for work and the ladies at the desk were the sweetest and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It's in a very nice location everything you would need is very close. The cleaning people did a very good job. I brought my pet who stayed with me and the ladies welcomed him.
