“No entiendo cómo el sistema en el buffet en tiempo de covid es de autoservicio, el paso de todos los huéspedes por los platos me parece de muy poca seguridad. Ningún plato está etiquetado con nombre ingredientes o alérgenos algo imprescindible. Teníamos media pensión y no pudimos cambiar la cena por comida debido al al aforo por covid irónico poder tocar todos los platos pero hay un aforo para estar sentados. El gimnasio no pudimos utilizarlo porque había que coger cita por la aplicación y no había nada libre en la semana que estuvimos . El personal es agradable pero la zona no nos a gustado esta muy abandonada .”

“Desde la reserva hasta la salida ha sido todo 6 estrellas!!( Sí se las pudiese dar),cuarto amplio,camas comodísima,baño enorme y con buena presión,piscina limpísima,comidas muy bien cocinada y variedad,unos quesos para morirse.muy buena organización de trabajadores y amabilidad y cercanía insuperables,las bebidas del todo incluido de primeras marcas. Muy profesionales todos,cumplen a rajatabla todas las normas,no solo del covid,sino por ejemplo es primer hotel que realmente recoge las toallas de las hamacas que lleven más de media h., admirable,todos los hoteles lo prometen pero pocos lo hacen. Ninguna pega,todo perfectísimo y los shows fantásticos!!”
