“This is a very nice hotel, we really enjoyed our stay.
We were 2 adults and 1 child, 10 years old. Hotel amenities are very clean and in good working order. We saw people maintaining the hotel all week. The concierge services is A+ Always ready to help. We had noisy neighbours and when we talked to the front desk about it, they immediately offered to relocate us in another room. There are 6 restaurant, but we tried only 4. All of them were excellent with great service.
What to say about the pools except WoW! Ismael offered us exceptional services by the pool all week. As soon as our drinks were empty, he was there to replace them!
