Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis com uma boa secretária para quem necessita de trabalhar. Não tem restaurante mas tem micro-ondas no quarto e comida para aquecer no mesmo disponível para compra na receção. Ótimo para quem tem pouco tempo. Para quem não agradar essa opção, existem vários restaurantes mesmo à porta.A zona, não é das mais agradáveis, mas fica mesmo colado ao stade de france e dispõe de metro, comboio e autocarro a 10-15 minutos de distância a pé.

O hotel tem um bom padrão. Os quartos são espaçosos. O sofá foi feito para as crianças e foi colocada uma cama extra. A mesa grande e a iluminação são muito boas.Acho os banheiros muito higiênicos e gosto muito do conceito.Água, chá e cápsulas Nespresso são gratuitos. Há também uma chaleira e um micro-ondas. Claro que também uma geladeira. Gosto muito dos produtos Ritual. As toalhas e as camas eram muito limpas.A equipe da recepção foi muito simpática.O único inconveniente são as manchas no tapete e os assentos.A localização era muito longe do centro. Cada vez que tínhamos que dirigir 30 minutos. Tem bastante trânsito.Ter e reservar o Novotel com mais frequência. O desempenho do preço é bom. 👍🏼

Os quartos espaçosos e confortáveis, uma desvantagem não há camas de solteiro, o buffet de café da manhã não é muito extenso e variado, mas tem tudo o que você precisa e o produto é muito bom, os funcionários muito simpáticos, eles dizem a outro colega que não sabem espanhol , há uma estação de metrô atrás do campo de futebol. No geral altamente recomendado

Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, un inconveniente no hay camas individuales, el desayuno buffet no es muy extenso y variadopero tiene todo lo q se necesita y el producto muy bueno, el personal muy amable, avisan a otro compañero no saben español,hay una parada de metro detrás de campo fútbol. Total muy recomendable

OláEu fiquei neste lugar de 21/10/21 a 24/10/21 juntamente com minha esposa e filho de 3 anos. Excelente local de acordo com o preço. Eu não esperava um serviço tão bom. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. pequeno-almoço é muito bom. O bairro é muito seguro e excelente porque o hotel está localizado em frente ao estádio. Quarto também foi muito bom. O berço também era muito grande para o meu filho. Cama king size disponível. Se você caminhar por 10-15 minutos e atravessar o canal de Saint Denis, você encontrará muitos restaurantes baratos, mercearias, farmácias, etc. Eu recomendo a todos que fiquem neste lugar. Se eu for à França novamente, com certeza ficarei neste hotel.

Hello I stayed in this place from 10/21/21 to 10/24/21 along with my wife & 3 years old son. Excellent place according to the price. I was not expecting such a great service. Staff are very friendly & helpful. breakfast is very good. Neighborhood is very safe & excellent because hotel is located in front of the stadium. Room was also very nice. Baby crib was also very big for my son. King size bed was available. If you walk for 10-15 minutes and cross the canal de saint Denis, you will find lot of cheap restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc.. I will highly recommend to every one to stay in this place. If I go France again, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

Nice staff very helpful, the only bad thing that there was no air conditioning and the staff tried to compensate by giving us a fan... Good place if you have a car with safe cheap street parking.. Free in weekends.. If you don't have a car can be challenging..

Exelente!! Ideal para familias con niños especialmente si son aficionados al soccer. Es imponente la presencia del estadio Stade de France justo al otro lado de la calle. Desayunos deliciosos y habitaciones pequeñas pero muy comodas. Ubicado a unos minutos a pie de la estacion del metro.

My husband and I stayed here for a night while visiting Saint-Denis basilica. The room was ok, not as clean and I would have hoped. The coffee machine in the room smelled like dead fish so we didnt use it. The staff were very friendly and helpful though. The hotel parking garage was sort of a pain as we had to tell the staff anytime we wanted to leave bc there was no way to get out otherwise. Good pastries and coffee in the lobby!

I stayed herein August 2019 and it was lovely! The staff are very welcoming & accomodating. The staff at the desk speak very good English. We were greeted with smiles. Furthermore, the house keeping stuff were lovely! They mostly spoke french however they always made sure our room was in tip top condition. Only positive criticism I have is that there should be more heating in the rooms, sometimes it was cold even with the air con off.

The room was a great size. It was really clean with a double bed and 2 single beds and a curtain to partition half of the room. They had a bath tub and a shower in the washroom. The cleaning staff were a little pushy in regards to room cleaning service and wanted to clean the room as soon and kept asking us when we would be leaving so they can clean the room. The reception staff-most were friendly and very helpful. Near buy there was a few indian take away and downstairs were about 3 cafes. The metro was less than a minute walk which was great because it was one stop from the Paris Eurostar. Overall a recommended hotel to stay at.

We stayed here for the past 6 nights. Location is ok.a bit far from the centre.positives: check-in was fast and ok.negatives: rooms were not at all clean upon arrival. i found many small black hairs on the bedsheets, as well in the toilet and the bathroom. As we found it disguisting, i went down to the receptionist to tell that the bedsheets arent clean. She told, since she is alone she could give us new bedsheets, but we have to do it ourselves. We collected the new bedsheets and duvet covers and made the beds ourselves. It was night time.she made sure, she would let the housekeeping know that the room wasnt clean. following 4 days..the room wasnt cleaned properly, they didnt refill the tissues and the soaps...AND DIDNT CHANGE THE BEDSHEET FOR 5 DAYS!!! inbetween i went to complain every day at night when we were back tired after sightseeing etc. they always told they will inform the housekeeping, but nothing happened.On the 5th day i went to the manager, told him this and he apologized to us and was kind enough to offer us breakfast for the next 2 days. Even though the breakfast was horrible , we appreciate his effort. and onour last day, 1 night remaining finally housekeeping changed our bedsheets.overall it was just horrible... we didnt like their service, either their hotel... ITS JUST 2 ** HOTEL...NOT 4****...I didnt expect luxury when i booked this hotel, but cleanliness ....was really bluffed with all the good reviews here...definitely not going back to this hotel.
