“Lamentable !!!.. llegando a una habitación sucia , con olor terrible entre cigarro y polvo y con vidrios rotos en el baño!!. En el pasillo sobre una alfombra evidentemente que no ha sido aspirada hace rato , abundan bandejas de restos de comida del almuerzo (son las 16 hr). Me cambian de habitación , no es mucho mejor una decoración vieja, nadaaaa que ver con las fotos que muestran en su web o RRSS , las cortinas negras y mal olientes de polvo ... en los rincones sucio !!! Me llega el almuerzo, soy vegetariana y llega carne, por supuesto no puedes elegir que comer y menos te preguntan si tienes alguna restricción alimenticia... me cambian el menú al menos... usted no venga por el mismo dinero puede alojarse en lugares muuucho mejores, penoso retorno a Chile y aún me quedan 5 días de cuarentena en este lugar :(”
