“The hotel was really clean and service was quick. I only gave it three stars because we had cold water the last night we were there. We were told they had fixed the water heater issue but the next morning we still did not have hot water.”

“Room big and good. Bed large and comfortable, staff friendly.
Some small details should improve:
1) chair in room with many stains.
2) curtain at one of ends, off the rail.
3) carpet in passage also very stained.
4) If HQ management is so concerned with the environment (pamphlet in the room), why it still supplies water bottles in plastic.”
