Linda estadia em Ravenna com meu parceiro neste hotel super confortável, com estilo misto entre moderno e artístico e a 4 passos do centro. Os funcionários foram muito gentis e muito prestativos tanto na recepção na chegada quanto no café da manhã. Obviamente, o conforto e a limpeza do NH nunca são negados, o quarto é limpo, acolhedor, a cama é super confortável e o café da manhã é delicioso e farto. Até a próxima com certeza! : D

Eu dei NH Ravenna uma classificação de 5 estrelas, porque tudo foi excelente: Limpeza do quarto e banheiro; atendimento na recepção e refeitório; e a cortesia que minha esposa e eu fomos tratados pelo pessoal do hotel. A localização do hotel também é excelente: a uma curta distância da estação de trem e dos principais restaurantes e atrações turísticas da cidade. Grande valor para o preço!

I gave NH Ravenna a 5 Star rating, because all was outstanding: Cleanliness of the room and bathroom; service at the front desk and cafeteria; and the courtesy my wife and I were treated by the hotel's personnel. Location of the hotel is also great: walking distance from the train station, and from major restaurants and tourist attractions in town. Great value for the price!

Local discreto, boa limpeza, recepção preparada e simpática, café da manhã abundante e de boa escolha, serviço de restaurante não ativo no momento devido ao Covid. O único inconveniente é o parque de estacionamento que não existe mas de qualquer forma na recepção, são fornecidos bilhetes diários por uma taxa (€ 2) que permitem estacionar em todas as zonas com riscas azuis de Ravenna, uma excelente oportunidade para os visitantes.

Hotel muito perto da estação e do centro, excelente localização. Respeitar as regras anticoncepcionais, bom café da manhã e cappuccino e café expresso, o que não é pouca coisa. O quarto era bom, a cama era muito confortável e o banheiro era grande o suficiente.

Perfecto para una estadía breve! El hotel está situado en una posición estratégica, cerca de la estación de tren y a 2 minutos del centro, para poder conocer los sitios más famosos. La maitre Melody una persona agradable y atenta! Las camas muy cómoda y el cuarto limpio. El desayuno increíble!

Estuvimos en el puente del Pilar. El personal super amable y atento. Hotel moderno. Desayuno correcto, dentro de las limitaciones Covid19. Estamos muy agradecidos al personal de recepción En comparación con el Hotel Internazionale de Bolonia, no hay color.

Nice Location. Its by far not the newest and up to date Interior, but very clean. We stayed there for one night to visit Ravenna. Nice and super friendly reception with tips for the city.

Although the room is not Morden design, but the service and staff are really nice and friendly. I was quarantine there for 5 days after arrived to Italy as per Gov requirement. All staff trying to help order food etc....

Un mal hotel bien situado, a pesar de comprar habitacion superiornos las dieron con la ventana en los aparatos de aire acondicionado y pasaron de mi totalmente., . Quiero rectificar la nota del hotel , pues fui muy duro en la critica, ya que por ejemplo el desayuno estuvo muy bien para como son en Italia. Se agradece la contestación del hotel.

The hotel and the facility is ok NH brand is good but mainly This hotel Staff are rude not friendly at all we arrived before the breakfast ends with 15 min and the waiter refused to serve us and almost started to collect the food which means u have to leave ! People at the reception hardly smile !!! The NH management should consider to change the customer facing staff !

Very well located hotel, 2' walking distance from the train station and 5' from the very charming historical city center of Ravenna. Many nearby restaurant options. The staff is very kind and attentive, rooms are clean though a bit dated. Nice breakfast. All in all a good place to stay in Ravenna.

The hotel is great with the typical NH standards. The frontdesk is amazing. Marco welcomed us with a surprise and his warmest smile! That really made our stay exceptional. The room was great, nice accomodation and very spacious. We will be back!

Accessible entrance and elevators (very rare here). Kind, friendly staff. Clean decent sized rooms. Not very distinctive, much like any other business hotel. Adequate American-ish breakfast. Don't bother with the restaurant for dinner.

The hotel is a mix of a really nice and really cheap. The rooms are small with a nice feel and flat-screen TV, but you can see the edges of the wallpaper (and for some reason they have triangular mirrors...). Wifi is mediocre. My bathroom runs hot water very slowly, but apparently that's just my room. The restaurant food is very good. Close to the main plaza.

Solo he estado una noche con mi familia, peronos han trato increible a pesar del problema del idioma. La ubicacion, a pesar de no ser en el centro propiamente dicho de la ciudad, esta muy bien.

The hotel is near the historical center. Walking distance from al lot of nice restaurants. Easy parking by using a card given by the hotel for 2 Euro's a week. Breakfast is Western oriented and well...
