“Siempre me ha gustado la cadena NHy sus hoteles, por eso decidí pasar tres noches en el Ciudad de Valladolid.Pero mi gran sorpresa fue, cuando subimos a la habitación, teníamos un cartel donde decía que podíamos decidir sin nos limpian la habitación o cancelar la limpieza a cambio de un refresco, cerveza o café. Cómo iba con otras dos parejas más, ha final decidimos poner el dicho cartel, cuando llegamos por la tarde la habitación no la habían limpiado y nos encontramos un papelito debajo de la puerta que vale por una consumición. Mi opinión y con motivo del virus, la limpieza y desinfección de la habitación no se debe dejar a criterio de cliente, si no que debe ser obligatorio. Y si el criterio de la cadena NH sigue igual me pensaré ir a sus hoteles.”
