We’re a 2-minute walk from the city’s main street, and 5 minutes from downtown Murcia and the cathedral. The hotel has 144 guestrooms, which are quiet and comfortable. Es la mejor cadena hotelera, en especial este hotel en Murcia es increíble y lo mejor de todo es la gran variedad que tiene en el desayuno, es de lo que más me gusta. Recomendado 100 por 100. El trato del personal muy bueno. Siempre que voy me hospedo allí.

Sin duda mi hotel de referencia en Murcia. Céntrico, las habitaciones muy bien equipadas y el trato del personal es insuperable. Llevo ya algún tiempo alojándomelo por trabajo y ni tan siquiera comparo precios. Para mi es ideal

Bien. todo en general. Quizás por poner. Un pero,, llegamos sobre las 15h.y optamos por comer en el hotel. Ya estaban cerrando, pero nos atendieron. El Menú (18€)..muy pobre, 1°y 2° plato. Y, sabor ¿¿??? En fin creo que. Por ese. Precio se puede ofrecer algo mejor.

Hotel cómodo y con buena ubicación cerca del centro. Habitaciones correctas, camas cómodas y enchufes a los dos lados de la cama. Los útiles del baño de calidad, cosa que se agradece. Zonas comunes correctas. Comida correcta y unos trabajador@s muy simpáticos. Recomendable.

Totalmente recomendable. Trato agradable. Limpieza en habitaciones y zonas comunes. Habitaciones amplias. Tal vez los cuartos de baño necesitan un poco de reforma...cambio de bañera por placa de ducha. Ubicación inmejorable. Bien insonorizado. Volvería a este hotel sin dudarlo.

Excelente atención del personal de recepción. Reservamos una sala para realizar un evento de empresa y salió todo perfecto, personal muy atento y con absoluta flexibilidad.Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, la cama grande y muy cómoda. Muy silencioso.

A really, great hotel to stay, spotlessly clean and within walking distance of the beautiful city. The room we had was spacious and had everything we needed, (except tea making facilities in the room). Breakfast is good and caters for all tastes, the restaurant staff were really friendly and made us welcome. The receptionists were very helpful and extremely friendly.

Está céntrico, menos que otros, salvo que consideres El Corte Inglés el centro.Está necesitando de un buen lavado de cara,, indudablemente, yo iba a este hotel hace 17 años y está igual. Lo mejor que tenía era el desayuno, hoy me ha decepcionado ,no mucho, pero no era ese desayuno impresionante que recordaba. Y por último, NO SE PUEDE COBRAR 22€ POR DÍA DE PARKING.

Por el precio me esperaba mas. No funcionaba la TV y la funda de la almohada estaba manchada o teñida, es decir , no creo que se quitase pero si estaba limpia, creo, de color chocolate. Quizás era tinte . Pero es un fallo ya que es un hotel de 4estrellas por lo demás bien. Buena localización y es bonito

We were stuck without a place to sleep when our airbnb host didn't respond and so the very nice lady from the Japanese restaurant (opposite the church) showed us to this place. It's very nice here but we were charged a bit more as walk-ins than can be paid on Booking. Other than that it's been a wonderful treat for otherwise thrifty backpackers!

At their breakfast right now typing this. 08:55 asked for fried eggs, they can’t do fried eggs today (yesterday they could). 09:00 run out of scramble eggs run out of bacon. 09:34 still waiting for eggs and bacon Absolutely rubbish services from the breakfast team. Poor managementWORST NH hotel in the group i stayed!

The rooms are a little old but the service in the hotel makes up for it. Staff is friendly and would make sure to bend over backwards to make your request happen. The breakfast is about the best quality you can get in Murcia so if you are staying there, its worth checking.

Great location in the city centre but the hotel looks old inside, especially the rooms, old fashioned and very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Very expensive also the private parking, it's 22€ per night, the same price as many others around the hotel; as client you should get a little discount for it in my opinion.
