No longer Motel 6. Best Western bought them and clearly put some work into the looks of the hotel. Rooms looked decent for the price point. Not too impressed with the room access. There are stairs that are outdoors or there it's an elevator, but I wouldn't recommend using it. Upon checking in and using said elevator, it took us up to the 3rd floor with a loud clunk and a sudden stop. The door didn't open and pressing any buttons on the panel did nothing. Ended up needing to call the front desk and the doors were somehow opened. No explanation or apology.

DO NOT STAY OR RESERVE! I would assume that staying under a bridge would be cleaner. As soon As you step out of the elevator (witch shakes) it smells like pot, and cigarettes. Once in room, window was wide open, pubic hairs on wash towels, holes in the wall, and mold in the shower drain. I don’t think you have to worry about bed bugs, even they are to good for this dump. Some lights did not work, and after to conversing with other guests, they were in the same situation. I turned on the heater and immediately turned it off due to a electrical burning smell. I did not pull back the sheets though, so who knows what kind of stains there were. The building was under construction, but remember that plastic surgery fixes appearance, not people. Zero stars!

I have stayed in Motel 6's throughout the USA and this was by far the worst, most disgusting Motel 6 I've ever stayed in. Part of the hotel is undergoing renovation, but the part I stayed in has not yet been renovated and based on its condition, should not be closed until it has been redone. There was trash in the room between the carpet and the wall where the carpet had pulled away, including empty pop bottles and worst of all, behind the bed, a used condom. The bathroom fixtures were old and beat up, as was everything in the room but the TV. The bedspread had multiple cigarette burns. Rest assured, I will never stay in this hotel again, and the chances of me choosing Motel 6 elsewhere in the country have been greatly reduced by this terrible experience. It is a disgrace to the Motel 6 name to have a hotel like this still open and it should be immediately closed until it has been entirely renovated.

I booked this hotel room for my girlfriend and I for a convention we were attending in Indianapolis. The Motel 6 looked questionable from the outside, but we gave it the benefit of the doubt. The first night we stayed there wasn't bad, but it was a creepy neighborhood. The room was never serviced by the housekeeping staff, and we had to get our own towels from the front desk. Front desk guy was a bit rude. By the third night of us staying there, our bathroom toilet stopped working. When we informed the front desk, the guy said that he would get someone on it, but he never did. They did not take care of the problem, or put us in a different room. And the entire room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though I paid for a non smoking room. There were burn marks in the comforter as well. All in all, a very terrible experience. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Worst hotel ever!!! First room was so smokey and pubic hair on bathroom floor. Complained and was given another room. That room had urine on the toilet and was still dirty. We slept with our clothes on and left as soon as possible. When we complained to the manager he said we could not prove that we were not the ones to cause the dirtiness. What happened to customer service?? I would not even let my dog stay there. See a Motel 6, keep driving. Your better off sleeping in your car. The only reason I give it one star is because you cannot post a comment without at least one star highlighted.
