“If I could, I would give another half star for great effort on the part of most of staff. It is an odd property... absolutely dismal outside and in hallways...BUT, the room was clean, roomy, and pretty darn nice! I generally stay in very nice hotels elsewhere, and I'm picky about the rooms as that is where I spend my time. Breakfast was decent for a low price joint, not great, but decent. This hotel is very low priced for Boston area. If they could secure some major financing to fix up the structure and site (would take a LOT and it's likely too far gone), it would be a very viable business.”

“It was worth the money especially for that area. It is connected to a very good restaurant that had very large portions (fish and chips was easily 2-3 meals). Breakfast was nice and the "breakfast lady" was friendly and helpful. It was clean. Beds were comfy. Not exactly the most up to date but really overall a great experience especially with the staff.”
