“DO NOT STAY HERE ITS HORRIBLE!!
This hotel was awful! We arrived late and the first room they put us in the door locked us in the room. We could not open it from inside the room.
We were moved to another room which was had mold all over the windows and my mother became ill from it.
There was NO hot water at all and the maintenance person was unavailable to come and fix the issue.
The indoor pool was closed because the health department shut it down due to it being contaminated.
The two people at the front desk could not offer any help or compensation for the terrible conditions of this hotel. I All we were told was that the owner was in India and he would have to call us later.
DO NOT STAY HERE ITS HORRIBLE!”

“Muito bom pessoal. Café da manhã foi muito bom. Definitivamente precisa trabalhar em manutenção. A piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem estão fechadas porque precisam de substituir a porta da piscina. A porta que liga o seu quarto ao quarto seguinte não trava. Tivemos alguém tentando entrar em nosso quarto às 630 da manhã, ainda não descobrimos quem.”
