“The entire resort and experience was absolutely amazing. All employees, even ones not assigned to our room made us feel at home and like family. The attention to detail even on New Year’s Eve when my wife put something on her plate that had pineapple in it and someone we’ve never seen before immediately came over to her and said “this has pineapple you are allergic to this, I will get you a new plate made up”. The party on New Year’s Eve was an experience like nothing else. It was the best New Year’s Eve party we have ever been to. Thank you so much for taking care of my wife when she wasn’t feeling well and all the amazing surprises in our room. Every meal was 5 stars. And the recommendations on all the food were perfect. The afternoon tequila tasting was amazing. Receiving a mini masterclass from the team there.”

“Our stay exceeded our expectations on every level. The service at the hotel was by far the best we have ever experienced. The staff is incredibly attentive, often anticipating your needs in advance. We visited all of the restaurants during our stay and every meal was excellent. The attendents at the pool were terrific.
