Este é um tipo de hotel boutique muito agradável perto de toda a ação em Nashville! Os quartos são confortáveis e bem decorados. O saguão é um lugar muito bom para sair e eu tive uma ótima refeição no restaurante do hotel. No geral, eu realmente gostei deste hotel e ficaria novamente.

Este es un hotel tipo boutique muy agradable cerca de toda la acción en Nashville. Las habitaciones son bastante cómodas y están bien equipadas. El vestíbulo es un lugar muy agradable para pasar el rato y tuve una gran comida en el restaurante del hotel. En general, disfruté mucho de este hotel y me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

This a a very nice boutique type hotel near all the action in Nashville! Rooms are quite comfortable and nicely appointed. The lobby is a really nice place to hang out and I had a great meal at the hotel’s restaurant. Overall, I really enjoyed this hotel and would stay again.

I live in the building next to the hotel and the valet staff there is the absolute worst. They came in after the pandemic and made the garage their own kicking residents out of resident spots. The staff is rude and the man got in my face saying "I moved the signs" when I didn't. They also have started illegally parking in all the handicap spots, blocking handicapped residents from accessing their vehicles. BAD PEOPLE STAY AWAY!

Aertson hotel has the nastiest valet company ever. Park in handicap spots so other people can’t use those spots who need them. They also ruin cars and think they run the garage.Reply included: we have pictures of the incident and constantly have horrible interactions with the valet employees. These are the people you chose to employ at your hotel. There was also a call made to the front desk at your hotel and a request to move the car in which the receptionist replied “that’s unfortunate” these employees may be employed by Premier Parking but you have chosen a horrible company to manage your valet.

É adequado. Mas também é um Holiday Inn Express ... agora está em uma localização agradável e os quartos estão bem equipados. No entanto, estava sujo e tinha um cheiro estranho quando chegamos. Es adecuado. Pero también lo es un Holiday Inn Express ... ahora está en una buena ubicación y las habitaciones están bien equipadas. Sin embargo, estaba sucio y tenía un olor extraño cuando nos registramos. Hacen camas que también son más cómodas. Best place to stay. We will be back. This hotel is so clean! Staff is extremely kind. What’s not to love? It’s close to so many things + has a rooftop pool. Beds are comfy the decor is modern & inspiring. Book it! You won’t regret it.

It’s adequate. But so is a Holiday Inn Express… now it is in a nice location and the rooms are well appointed. However it was dirty, and had a weird smell when we checked in. They make beds that are more comfortable as well. I think the best western plus down the street would have provided a similar experience - perhaps they would have even cleaned the glasses before.

Hotel came recommended-it was good but I probably wouldn’t stay again. They said they were short staffed so there was no bar at the pool-it was closed. Not huge deal but it is summer and we would have liked to enjoy that and the pool. We tried to have breakfast one morning and there were 9 people in there -hostess said it was just her and the server so they couldn’t seat us because there were too many people and our food would take a long time. I appreciate the honesty but we really wanted to eat breakfast there. A lot of construction noise every morning very early-even on Saturday. Room always stayed a little musty and AC ran the entire time. It does say on their website that no one will go into your room to clean for your entire stay, but I did miss fresh towels, sheets etc, especially when you are paying over $400 a night. Staff was nice and friendly. I just think for the price, I would like rooms cleaned, availability to eat and use the pool bar (especially since it is summer!)

Great hotel. Staff is super friendly. Lots of places to eat (including a great one at the hotel itself). Highly recommend checking out the distillery just down the street too.

We have stayed at this lovely hotel twice. Most notably, the staff is INCREDIBLE. Every interaction is a delight and they are proactive in making sure you know any little detail that may make your particular stay the best one possible. This has solidly become our go-to Nashville hotel.
