“The property and hotel are incredible. The room and views are amazing. Very nice and clean. We stayed in June, right after they re-opened. We were disappointed with the check in, very chaotic, we were given our room 45 min late. That was after I complained many times and spoke to many different people. Finally the manager gave us our keys but did not give us much of an orientation or the schedules ect.. The service was terrible, the servers on the patio need to have their hygiene addressed, its not what I want to smell when I'm eating. I would give 2 stars, I bumped it up to three, just because it was during the pandemic. However that is no excuse considering the prices I paid, very expensive. I expect better from a upper tier hotel. If they weren't prepared shouldn't have opened up.”

“Total cost for one night stay 1300. I understand it was the peak time of year. Now I see same room for under 400. Thieves. Breakfast was a joke. Simple bacon and eggs very poorly done. The kid working at Macdonald’s does a better job. Pool had broken tiles and other repairs on the property are required. For the price we paid to stay there they should easily be able to keep the place in top notch condition.”
