“Enfrentamos um problema na hora de entrar no hotel, pois deveríamos entrar cedo, mas nos foi dado o quarto por volta das cinco horas e o outro quarto na hora da oração do Magreb, apesar do nosso contato prévio e do nosso pedido para prepare pelo menos um quarto para minha velha mãe. Quanto ao tamanho dos quartos, é bom, a sua localização é excelente porque fica perto dos portões do Haram, mas os quartos não têm um bom isolamento, pelo que terá dificuldade em dormir, principalmente se houver crianças no mesmo hotel, não sendo necessário que fiquem no mesmo andar, pois o sistema de andares é aberto um ao outro e nos primeiros dois dias não conseguimos dormir por causa da severidade Hassle Além disso, os tapetes dos quartos são antigos e não estão limpos, então o preço do quarto é exagerado para o que você espera obter em troca de qualidade, limpeza e conforto Para mim, o melhor deste hotel, sem exceção, são os trabalhadores, sejam os camareiros ou os encarregados do buffet de pequeno-almoço (e menciono sobretudo um trabalhador chamado Fahd) ou os da recepção, são maravilhosos, prestativos , sorrindo, e seu serviço é excelente.”
