“Tivemos problemas desde o momento em que entramos pela porta. Em primeiro lugar, não havia ninguém na recepção para fazer o check-in ou trabalhar conosco basicamente o tempo todo que estivemos lá. Então chegamos ao quarto e a geladeira estava quebrada, que ligamos e pedimos para consertar. Três dias depois, fizemos o check-out e a geladeira não foi consertada (e não havia gelo em nenhum andar). Nosso quarto nunca foi limpo. Saímos do quarto por algumas horas e voltamos para um quarto que cheirava como se alguém tivesse acabado de fumar. Eu finalmente encontrei um funcionário da recepção e retransmiti nossos problemas para os quais ele disse que não havia nada que ele pudesse fazer ou que pudéssemos fazer para resolvê-los. Eu nunca ficaria aqui novamente.”
