“They wouldn't guarantee me an early check-in even though there was a storm coming around noon and the hotel was obviously much less than half full. I realize that is the policy and if I stayed at this chain more often they would have. But given the circumstances, the employees ought to be enabled to make exceptions. While not my experience, another customer was at the desk complaining about not being allowed 1 additional hour before check out. He was waiting to hear from a hospital on whether or not he needed to stay in town. Seriously disappointing to hear. I expect more and have received more from this brand at other locations. My kids enjoyed the pool but there were no towels 2 of the 3 times we went to the pool. Other than that it was nice enough. I would stay here again as long as I didn't need anything special.”

“The breakfast was absolutely the worst. The juice was totally watered down. The oatmeal was like water and wasn’t thick at all any of the days. I watched the worker take a piece of sausage sitting on the counter and put it back in with the sausages. Just insane! The coffee was straight water. They are either cutting corners or their staff has no idea what they are doing. Was a waste of money for sure.
The room shower was clogged and the shower head was broken upon entry of the room. You have no free water so it cost you $7 a bottle of you drink the waters in the room 😱. The room smelled damp like humid.”
