Stayed here for 2 nights while on a business trip and my impression of the hotel is quite good. The hotel is modern and well decorated with a snack bar, which serves light dishes and drinks. The breakfast at the hotel is very nice with a good selection of food. There is also free parking under the hotel, which is nice when traveling by car. The rooms were nice, although a bit "red" for my taste. This is definately a hotel to consider when visiting Munich.

Close to train and subway which is nice but nothing else really in the area. House keeping came and told me I had to leave when I was still staying another night. Tried to explain I was staying longer and didn't need housekeeping but we didn't speak the same language so she just started yelling at me. Also last minute surprise fees since they only charged me for 1 persons breakfast for our stay not 2 ? Breakfast however is AMAZING. like next level impressive. I would almost stay here just for the breakfast.

I dont feel like the staff was very friendly. They wouldn't smile or acknowledge you at all, except the girl who took our breakfast buffet tickets, she was the only one who I felt gave us good friendly service. Breakfast options were good. Rooms were spacious

Hotel all in all was great. Start by the rooms! The bathrooms are very nice with a big enough for the significant other and yourself to get ready there is also a wall mirror and a face mirror. Now for the Shower. Plenty of space for those adult activities or just to enjoy the amazing water pressure yourself. The beds themselves are a bit on the firmer side. However, if you sleep on the comforter(blankets), then it definitely works out. The service there was pretty great! Started out with the check in once they realize you're an awards member. They let you know all about the perks you will receive. Next, was the helpful desk lady who let us know where the best Döner would be and easiest way to get to Oktoberfest.

Rooms are spacious, breakfast was fresh and appealing. Although the service can improve by making sure that the room keys are ready by the time the customers arrive, a specially if the arrival time is known and confirmed ahead of time. Overall, recommended.
