“We booked a room with a bath, didn't get it. We were told there were no rooms available...which was obviously untrue. The toilet ran all night. They weren't rude, but they obviously didn't care and just were not going to do anything about our complaints. We were staying to attend a memorial for my husband's grandmother, just a little kindness would have meant so much.”
