The hydro-therapy pool and free airport and city shuttle are a hit with our guests at the non-smoking Hilton Madrid Airport which also has upscale rooms with plush beds. The Hilton has 284 non-smoking rooms arrayed in two eight-floor buildings each with a light-filled atrium. The spacious and upscale rooms have high ceilings floor-to-ceiling windows marble bathrooms with separate tubs and showers clock radios with mp3 connections Wi-Fi (for a fee) plasma TVs and plush Serenity Beds. A refreshing swim is therapeutic in the 12-meter-long pool with hydro jets and a bubble bench. A retractable roof allows for year-round pool use. The hotel also has a sauna steam bath 24-hour fitness center free airport and city shuttle breakfast restaurant cocktail and tapas bar and gourmet Mediterranean restaurant. Parking is available for a fee. The Hilton Madrid Airport is on the Avenida Hispanidad just north of E-90/Avenida de America and a mile east of the El Capricho Metro station. IFEMA Convention Center is four miles northwest and Madrid-Barajas Airport is three miles north. The Prado Museum and other sights of downtown Madrid are about eight miles southwest.

“Good hotel in the Hilton brand portfolio. Shows some signs of aging but is kept up well. Amazing sound proofing! April 2022: executive lounge is still closed, but the sign on the door says there's an alternative benefit. Turns out to be a nice tapas plate plus two drinks at the bar. Staff is very friendly and communicates much better in English than the average service employee. Airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes, but requires reservation! One more tip: the power outlet by the bed you'd logically use to charge your phone gets turned OFF when you use the master light switch. Oops!”
