“A wonderful hotel with incredibly friendly staff. Whilst not in the most convenient of locations; it is about a 20 minute walk to the metro (line 10) which will take you straight into the city centre. There are not many supermarkets, restaurants, or shops nearby so you can be limited to the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the bed comfortable. Lots of facilities available to guests; with a good sized pool, spa, and several restaurants including a buffet. A good choice for the area. Embora não nos locais mais convenientes; fica a cerca de 20 minutos a pé do metro (linha 10) que o levará directamente ao centro da cidade. “The rooms were large, clean and modern and impossible to fault. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was incredible with virtually anything you can think of. There are three faults.... 1) Wi-Fi didn't work and 2) location is a 25 minute taxi from the Bund, 3) my colleague had a non smoking room which smelt of smoke.”
