“Eu daria a eles cinco estrelas! Especialmente em comparação com muitos hotéis quatro estrelas de Moscou. O hotel é novo, os móveis do quarto são novos, o banheiro tem escova de dente, um conjunto completo de detergentes, creme corporal. Na sala há um ferro com tábua, uma chaleira com um conjunto de café e chá. O pessoal é educado e simpático, a qualidade da limpeza é boa. Mas um elogio especial para a cozinha. Tanta variedade de pratos e, o mais importante, há muito tempo não como pratos tão deliciosos, nem mesmo familiares, em um hotel de nível superior. Café da manhã - champanhe Abrau-Durso, aliás, brut da linha premium. Sobremesas, panquecas estão além do elogio! Nos últimos 2 anos, tenho me hospedado com mais frequência em hotéis em Moscou e muitas vezes me decepciono com o nível de serviço, que vem caindo com o tempo. Krasnodar satisfeito com o alto nível de três estrelas no hotel, superando o nível dos hotéis de Moscou, que têm mais estrelas, mas não os justifica!”

“I like the Hilton Garden Inn Krasnodar because it is very centrally located, many sightseeing places can be reached by foot. The staff remembered me and gave me a warm welcome, even I haven’t visited the hotel for many years. I was so perplexed, I felt this is highest level of hospitality. Friendly and helpful staff made me an unforgettable stay.
The room was very clean, spacious and well equipped. I found it comfortable to work on the desk and having my cup of coffee, which is free in the room amenities.
My dinner I took on the veranda, overlooking the busy main street. The chicken with lemon and roasted potatoes was perfect cooked and nicely savoured.”
