“I have never had a worse experience dealing with staff that don't even hear your requests and let alone meet them. As a business traveler who is on the road 80% of the time, I highly advise against staying at this hotel. I have never left a bad review but my experience dealing with their management has been so frustrating that I just decided it was time to leave one. There are plenty of other nice airport hotels around that one can use and have a great experience at.”
