“This is a gorgeous hotel. Mostly everything was clean. There was hair in the shower and on the batchroom floor. I wiped it out of the shower/tub becuase I wanted to use it right away. The water pressure was awesome. We enjoyed sitting in the lobby by the fire. There was also one outside but it was kind of crowded. The ladies at the desk were so helpful and nice. The pillows were somehow squishy but hard at the same time and all four of us agreed we didn't like them. All in all I would stay here again but would bring my own pillow next time.”

“Staff was friendly. Bartender, Olivia, was wonderful to the customers. Cook in the kitchen, however, wore no gloves and yet touched everything, yuck.
Room was very clean and the fitness room was immaculate.
Great job everyone...except the cook.”
