Este lugar estava bem, eles nos deixaram vagar e por isso eu os aprecio. Mas três dólares por uma garrafa de água de 60 centavos e US$ 16 pelo café da manhã é um crime. Os chuveiros tinham que ter sido instalados por um indivíduo com problemas verticais, pois eu batia com a cabeça toda vez que entrava / saía.

De cima para baixo, do check-in ao check-out, o lugar mais elegante em que fiquei muito tempo. Extremamente bem informado sobre destinos locais e extremamente hospitaleiro e acolhedor. Normalmente não escrevo comentários, mas me sinto compelido a reconhecer a excelência quando a vejo. Se você estiver visitando a área, fique aqui. Se você precisar de um lugar a uma curta distância de Boston, fique aqui. Se você precisar de um lugar para ficar para acertar as folhas no oeste de Massachusetts, fique aqui. Se você quiser explorar os pomares ou fazendas por perto, fique aqui. Você absolutamente não ficará insatisfeito com a sua estadia.

De arriba a abajo, desde el registro hasta la salida, el lugar más elegante en el que me he alojado en mucho tiempo. Extremadamente conocedor de los destinos locales y extremadamente hospitalario y servicial. Normalmente no escribo reseñas, pero me siento obligado a reconocer la excelencia cuando la veo. Si estás de visita por la zona, quédate aquí. Si necesita un lugar a poca distancia de Boston, alójese aquí. This place was okay, they let us roam and for that I appreciate them. But three dollars for a 60 cent bottle of water and $16 for breakfast is straight up criminal. The showers had to have been installed by a vertically challenged individual as I slammed my head every time I got in/out.

Top to bottom, from check in to check out, the classiest place I have stayed in a very long time. Extremely knowledgeable about local destinations and exceedingly hospitable and accommodating. I don’t normally write reviews but feel compelled to acknowledge excellence when I see it. If you’re visiting the area, stay here. If you need a place within striking distance of Boston, stay here. If you need a place to stay to hit the leaves in western Mass., stay here. If you want to explore the orchards or farms close by, stay here. You will absolutely not be dissatisfied with your stay.

Recomendo o peixe e fritas. É um pouco caro, mas uma porção farta, de boa qualidade e muito conveniente. O bar está adequadamente abastecido e o conhecimento, habilidade e atenção amigável do barman foram excelentes.

A las 9 PM estaba claro que no iban a parar, así que llamé a recepción. Me dijeron que hay una regla estricta de ruido a las 10 p.m., pero ella le pediría al gerente del hotel que lo investigue. Lo hizo, y se calmaron. La recepción me devolvió la llamada y me dijo que si me volvían a molestar, expulsarían a la fiesta. Claramente, el nivel de ruido sorprendió al gerente del hotel.De todos modos, la forma discreta y efectiva en que el hotel hizo que mi estadía fuera cómoda valió una reseña de cinco estrellas.Por cierto, el restaurante del hotel tiene un buen menú. Recomiendo el pescado y patatas fritas. Es un poco caro, pero una porción abundante, de buena calidad y muy conveniente. El bar está adecuadamente abastecido y el conocimiento, la habilidad y la atención amable del camarero fueron excelentes.

If i could rate it a zero stars i would!!!First and foremost they couldn't control their guest, had to endure noise until 1130 pm. When I was in the pool they was scared to address the issues of people throwing things in the pool. I had to find out the hard way that they don't include breakfast in the room price, which by the way,was not worth it! I got charged 80 bucks to eat a bagel and cereal because when I called down to ask the front desk attendant he stated it was complimentary breakfast when in reality it wasn't. The cook was rude when taking your order as if she didn't want to be there. I was watched like a hawk the whole time.I will NEVER EVER RENT from this establishment again!! I've stayed at my share of hotels and never had this problem. And when I called they didn't want to transfer me to a manager either till I made a review. Upon speaking to the Manager(after I posted a review, he stated "now why would I even hear you out or give you a refund, you already made a review) as if my experience in his establishment didn't mean anything. On top of that he was extremely rude and kept insisting I was lying about my experience there. They should look into hiring someone that actually care about the customer they serve and their experience at the establishment because let's face it $200 plus for a room on top of an $80 charge they keep from me till check out. You would think they appreciate someone that spends that much, but they don't. Unless money grows on trees for you and u don't care about the noise and the unprofessionalism from the staff, then by all means this is the place for u. But if u value your money like every normal person does than go elsewhere cause this place is just not worth it!!!! Bunch of ripe offs

Location is 5 stars because it was where I needed it to be, but there are few local attractions. There was a very very noisy group in a nearby room. At 9 PM it was clear that they weren't going to stop, so I called the front desk. I was told that there is a strict noise rule at 10 PM but she would ask the hotel manager to look into it. He did, and they quited down. Front desk called me back, and told me that if I was disturbed again they would eject the party. Clearly the level of noise was surprising to the hotel manager. Anyway, the discret and effective way the hotel made my stay comfortable was worth a five star review. By the way, the hotel restaurant has a good menu. I recommend the fish & chips. It's a bit pricey, but a hearty serving, good quality, and very convenient. The bar is adequately stocked and the bartender's knowledge, skill and friendly attention were excellent.

Great price and rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and location was convenient. Nice outside space to lounge.

First and foremost I would like to say that the staff was very kind and accommodating however when it came to the Hilton Honors rewards program I was left in the dark. Hilton honors is free to join but never gave me the option to sign up. Therefore I was charged 6 dollars for 2 bottles of water and thank God I didn't connect to wifi because that would've been another exorbitant charge. Not to mention the hypodermic needles in the parking lot where they allow you to walk your pets. I would've loved to give a 5 star rating but I really don't think they deserve it. There are thousands of other hotels chains out there so they will be getting my business in the future. Stay away from Marlborough MA Hilton!

Visitei um hotel diferente em Marlborough antes de mudar para este. O outro hotel estava na mesma faixa de preço, mas foi um desastre completo. Obrigado pela estadia agradável!

Stayed here for 6 weeks and ist was a great stay. Everything nice and clean and in good condition. Staff was always friendly and helpfull. Visited a different Hotel in Marlborough first before i switched to this one. The other hotel was in the same price range, but was a complete desaster. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

From the moment you walk in you can tell cleanliness is a top priority. So cozy, great customer service and really nice rooms. Bathrooms are always spotless, beds are always clean. Over all great
