“Disappointed in the staff at this location. I asked for a late checkout at the front desk and they did offer me 1pm which was fine. Being a diamond member, and one of very few in the hotel on a weekday, I figured I would be able to get something later but I just needed to wrap up a few morning work calls and then be out. The front desk then continued to call my room multiple times, as well as house keeping repeatedly knocking and even trying to open the door even though I announced I was in the room still. It was a little after 12pm and they kept trying to push me out. Extremely rude the entire time too.”
