“Lisa was great and accomodating! The rooms were clean and beautiful and the pool was a little chilly and small but still a wonderful experience!”

“Always friendly and helpful front desk. Lobby and rooms were clean. Disappointed on lack of enforcement about mask wearing for guests. Most guests were not masked (hello-there is Covid out there!) Those unmasked appeared to have no problem wanting to share elevator despite signage or head to pool in groups ALL unmasked. Definite lack of decent hot water for showering-toggled between ice cold and extreme scald every 20 seconds. We are NOT new to staying at this Hilton location-
but now feel the need to venture and try other
hotels in area due to this recent experience.”
