“O pessoal do café da manhã, especificamente o feminino, tinha uma grande personalidade e foi muito atencioso com o casal de cafés da manhã que tomei no local. A equipe de hospitalidade foi menos do que útil e deve realmente ouvir e entender o hóspede antes de assumir. Minha tarifa pedia café da manhã gratuito, mas fui cobrado e ela tentou discutir comigo, mas o gerente olhou e avisou que o perfil configurado estava incorreto e o corrigiria. Embora o hotel declare restaurante no local, não há PM disponível, apenas o bar. Se eu não tivesse um veículo alugado, teria sido mais difícil garantir o jantar, que é a única razão pela qual estou postando.”

“The breakfast staff, specifically the female, had a great personality and was very attentive the couple of breakfasts I had on site.The hospitality staff was less than helpful and should really listen and understand the guest prior to assuming.My rate called for free breakfast but I was charged and she then tried to argue with me, but the manager did look and advise the profile set up was incorrect and would get it corrected. Although hotel states restaurant onsite there is no PM available, only the bar.If I had not had a rental vehicle it would have been more difficult to secure dinner which is the only reason I am posting.”
