“It’s such a beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities, however, I have never had such terrible customer service. When I first checked in, the receptionist was actually wonderful. Checked in, went to my room, went to bed. I was then woken up at 5:30 am to the phone ringing. I didn’t answer. It rang a second time. Still just waking up so I didn’t answer it in time. Went back to bed. Someone then started knocking on my door, yelling in my room saying “have you checked in?” Mind you, it is 5:30 am and I checked in the previous day at 4 pm for two nights. I answer the door and the guy writes my name down and says I wasn’t reserved? So he took my name and said he’ll take care of it. I go back to bed and my phone rings AGAIN and I answer it and no one is on the other end. Then it rings YET AGAIN and I answer angrily, and they say “do you have a reservation?” To which I said my name and said I will head to the lobby. I hang up and they called….again. I didn’t answer and went straight to the front desk. The receptionist then said “the last receptionist didn’t check you on all the way but I found your reservation and figured it out” and proceeded to give me a voucher for free breakfast. For only that morning. That I ultimately missed because I was woken up at 5:30 am and it took me a couple hours to fall back asleep after that. No other explanation, and no other way to make it right in my eyes. So so disappointed.”
