“First time here. Met by a prompt valet, very helpful explained our next step. Our visit at check in had me feeling like a third wheel and didn't care if I was here or not. Had an early check in was at the room by 12, perfect. The room was clean and fresh, great view of the ocean. Went down to the pool and must say the biggest one in the area I have ever seen. Poolside service by Shannon was great, she was attentive to us for the day. Great setup with the bar right there and beach a close walk to. Poolside food was very good. Dinner time at 3030 Restaurant and must say was an 8/10 menu not very much to pick from, like the others in the hotel. Breakfast also 8/10. Overall Hotel and ground's beautiful well kept.”

“This place has really deteriorated over the last year. Stayed with my daughter a year ago, everyone there was nice, accommodating, helpful and generous. I came again with my daughter, and honestly, I think a lot of people who work here could use customer service skills when speaking with guests. I’m paying good money to stay here, I expect to be spoken to with the same respect I give. You’re in a suit, not board shorts and flip flops. When I come to you with an issue, pretend to want to be helpful even if there isn’t anything you can do. Don’t tell me you can’t fix an issue I have because you just don’t want to, causing me to go above you to get the issue corrected. When I ask for information, give it to me, don’t say it doesn’t exist when it does, especially if I have a “titanium” status with your hotel chain. I will not be going back.”
