Instalações boas, limpeza impecavel. Toda a envolvente da piscina e do jacuzzi exterior mioto exótica e convidativa. Buffet genial, o melhor pequeno almoço qie já vi, com muita variedade e qualidade. Staff simpático. O hotel é bastante central perto de tudo e perto da praia. Voltaremos de certeza!

El hotel, me gusta, la amabilidad de su personal, ubicación, infraestructura y la dedicación de sus empleados a satisfacer a los alojados en el hotel. Este verano voy a ir otra vez. .

Después de pasar un fin de semana en éste hotel, os cuento mis impresiones. Nada mas entrar en el hotel recibes un olor agradable y unas buenas vistas del hall. Se aprecia limpieza y se recibes buen trato por parte del personal. Las habitaciones muy limpias y con detalles para el aseo personal. Los muebles algo antiguos pero bien adaptados. La cama y el colchónperfectos. En el área de piscinaestá todo muy bonito y bien cuidado, el toque de plantas es ideal para darle vida al espacio. La comida muy correctay con variedad, tanto en desayuno como almuerzo y cena. El personal muy amable. Resumen: Experiencia positiva y recomendable. Mes de Octubre.

Muy buen hotel y servicios y su personal también la wifi debería funcionar en todo el complejo porque en la zona de la piscina no funciona y los colchones un poco duros para mi gusto

Un hotel de carácter familiar, remodelado y bastante céntrico. No impresiona por su modernidad precisamente en algunas áreas, pero cumple las expectativas. Los menús del comedor quizás mejorables, pero alcanzan el notable sobradamente. El personal del comedor absolutamente genial; Rocio, Monica, Cani, Vero, Juani, Marta, Puri, etc. buena atención, rapidez y una sonrisa siempre de agradecer cada mañana a pesar del ritmo de trabajo que se puede uno imaginar. Gracias por esta Semana Santa.

Does not feel like a 4 Star. More like a 3 star. Food OK nothing special. Only 2 English speaking TV channels. Sky News and BBC News. Poor TV reception. Staff where friendly though.

Best hotel in Salou. Great entertainment and food. Pour a good drink as well.

Perfecta relación calidad precio , estupenda la ubicación , lacomida , la limpieza , el personal ,la decoración moderna , se ve que está renovado no hace mucho tiempo.La piscina está muy bien tiene una cascada y en la zona alta un jacuzzi. En una palabra todo. Sin duda volveré.

This hotel was lovely.I stayed in October last year for a week by myself and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a fridge but no kettle but I always take my own! Great to be on the top floor, nice views and the sky is lovely at night. Nice bathroom with hot water all the time and a few supplies like shampoo etc. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. The dining room was big and there was plenty of choice with the food. The pool is small and the waterfall noise is irritating as it's on all day so I put earphones in with music if I was near the pool. The lounge and bar area was nice and inviting. There was a board with excursion days to book with the hotel. Bike hire which I took advantage of. Staff were lovely and friendly. The location is very close to everything so it can be noisy at times. I really liked it here and will probably stay again in the future,I've stayed in a few H10 hotels and all have been great. Really lovely hotel. Very little I could fault except for some small criticisms. Staff are very friend and helpful and make you feel special and welcome. Lovely pool and great Animations team who clearly work hard and clearly love their jobs. I will definitely look to come back. Thanks for a wonderful holiday

Stayed here with my partner in August 2017, this was my fourth visit to Salou. The hotel is listed as 4 stars but having visited and stayed for 2 weeks I wouldn't rate it that high. The entertainment in the evenings wasn't great and the food was extremely limited and poor. We opted for half board so that we had meals already paid for and we wish we hadn't bothered as ended up having to go out elsewhere almost every single night which was an added expense we didn't prepare for with our spending money.On two occasions in the bar area there were huge cockroaches just laying around on the floor. The bedrooms were odd too, my partner and I were each on a single bed each instead of a shared double bed which seemed unusual, and there was a constant smell of urine coming from the bathroom, even after being cleaned by the room attendants in the mornings. Over all the hotel was decent enough, I wouldn't choose to stay there again though I will visit Salou again.
