“El hotel está muy bien situado. El personal es genial, muy atentos y preocupados en ofrecer el mejor de los servicios, desde la recepción, camareros y el personal de limpieza, maravillosos todos. Las instalaciones muy bien, todo muy limpio. Los amenities geniales. La ropa de baño muy bien, con sus toallas y albornoz. El desayuno es un complemento que merece la pena pagar o incluir en la propia reserva. Sin duda repetiré. Espero que no cambien y que solo sea a mejor. Felicidades al equipo humano de este hotel.”

“PROS:
Location: about 3-5 minutes walk from Cote Ingles (City Center).
Room Tariff: One bedroom studio- I’m very happy
for the price of this room.
Cleanliness: Refurbished rooms so yes still clean ( not perfect but satisfactory) and the wall decor are neutral.
Breakfast: €16 reasonable with hot food available.
Bathroom & Toilet: Towels, plus robe and pair of slippers.Shampoo , conditioner and body wash ( refillable and environmental friendly)
Minibar: Available with a cost
Nespresso machine is available but they only provide 4 pods.
CONS:
Staff should acknowledge the people soon they arrived with luggage, lacking.
A boutique hotel which does not provide a free bottle of water. Water with lemon and mint from the reception area only.
Pool: not very clean. I won’t suggest to have a deep in there.
Pickpockets in the area operating by gang. Don’t get distracted and don’t engage to anyone asking for directions.
OVERALL EXPERIENCED :
Highly recommended.
Will definitely visit them again.
