“Lovely hotel with friendly and incredibly helpful staff who are always at the ready with local suggestions and information. Rooms are cozy and massive - both the rooms we've stayed in have had large living room-type rooms leading into a small but cozy bedroom. Way outdated decor and a wildly unresponsive climate control system in the rooms are responsible for the loss of star here.
The best parts of this hotel are 1) the hourly shuttle service to Old Quebec City, 2) the large heated (but not quite hot enough) pool, 3) convenient access to snowmobiling trailheads, and 4) Dijon, the genuinely delicious restaurant on the ground floor that I've also reviewed.”
