“Only use the pool facilities so can't comment on rooms. Staff seem pleasant although I have little interaction with them. Very happy with the pool although one of the heated loungers has been broken for week and not fixed. Some lockers need maintenance but other than that very happy.”

“24/25 September. Rooms were very well presented, beds were very comfortable, though some minor maintenance matters had not been attended to, such as the paint coming off the back of the bathroom door bottom due to poor design which allowed shower water to warp the door material. Tea and coffee facilities in room were provided as was Freeview. Basic amenities provided, bedside fan was provided but sounded like a freight train 🚂. No air conditioning was available in the room and it was quite toasty in the evening. More staff in the restaurant on an evening are needed, the wait staff work bloody hard and kept a positive disposition (they were awesome)- but it was very busy and service times were impacted. The food quality was generally okay, however the meatball starter was very small and overpriced for what it was. There were a number of bad chips with the main (basic quality control should have picked these out) though the burger was very good. Definitely recommend the sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel ice cream, it was heavenly. Reception staff were amazing. Breakfast was excellent, full English and continental provided. Location was generally good, but there is a truck park of some sort located in the next plot of land, the sound of large vehicles driving up and down outside at 12am meant we couldn't sleep with the windows open. In short, when this hotel was first commissioned I'm sure it was 4 stars but in honesty I think that's a bit kind. Definitely an excellent three star establishment. More staff on an evening for meals, better quality control before sending food out, air conditioning in the rooms, and attendance to basic lapsed maintenance, and I think it would live up to its 4 star aspirations. We enjoyed our stay here, and possibly would come again.SPA: The spa was really nice, massages were great, pool was bloody cold but this was mitigated by the lovely sauna and steam room. Jacuzzi was a nice touch. Overall I would certainly recommend the experience. 24/25 de setembro. Mais funcionários em uma noite para as refeições, melhor controle de qualidade antes de enviar comida, ar condicionado nos quartos e atendimento à manutenção básica caducada, e acho que atenderia às suas aspirações de 4 estrelas.
