“The room itself was great - very clean, comfortable - the inconsistencies with staff on two different occasions & getting a refund processed for a double charge was not easy. Staff is not well trained. Moldy cheese from our meat/cheese pack from the mini treats available, key did not work for our room, difficult to get a hold of the manager - these things only allow for 1 star. Will not stay again.”
