“El servicio de algunas personas fue excelente, pero no es lo que esperaba y mucho menos por el costo tan excesivo para lo que nos dieron, las habitaciones a mi gusto viejas y en general las instalaciones nada que ver con lo que publican en su página, yo quedé muy decepcionada con el hotel y a parte muy elitistas a uno como Mexicano lo humillan y a los gringos todo lo mejor cuando ellos les dejan menos propinas, en esos días que ustivimos ahí creo que no fuimos la única familia que se quejo. La verdad yo no creo regresar a este hotel simplemente por lo elitistas que fueron y humillantes.”

“Este hotel no tiene casi playa, es un amontonamiento de gente!! Una reposera encima de la otra, no hay espacio, horrible! Además me desapareció mi plancha que traje de viaje y nadie se responsabilizó!! No es un hotel recomendable hay 1000 opciones mejores y al mismo precio. Si quieren pasar unas lindas vacaciones: NO VENGAN!!”
