My room was dingy, the couch cushions were ripped, and not all surfaces were cleaned. If I could see that somethings weren't cleaned, then it made me wonder if anything was actually cleaned. I will not be returning to this hotel if I'm in Dayton, OH again.

I got a deal on Priceline for this hotel and paid $180 for the weekend. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by desk staff. Check-in was pretty smooth, though the desk clerk was VERY insistent that we remember her name. She said it 4 or 5 times, my friends even took notice. This was because of the survey that Hilton Honors members receive and I guess she was hoping we would put her name down. There were 5 people staying in the room so we planned to utilize the sofa bed. However, once in the room, we decided to try the bed. Once we unfolded it, the found out it was bent, probably from years of abuse and use. There were also no extra blankets or bedding for the fold out bed in the room. Housekeeping was very quick to bring us some (5 minutes from call to delivery). We notified the front desk and housekeeping about the bent bed and both said they would send a maintenance man to our room. We waited about an hour and it was dinner time so we decided to go out for food. Came back and asked the front desk about the bed. He still had not looked at it. (this was about 2 hours later from when we called) We told the desk we purchased an air mattress from the nearby walmart in place of the broken bed. They sent the maintenance man and he basically couldn't do anything. So we said we would use the air bed. I wish a discount would've been given for our troubles through this or perhaps free breakfast or something. The room itself had a little torn carpet and scratches on the entrance door. I believe a dog was to blame for this but it didn't really bother us any. The broken sofa bed could've been replaced though and even in its sofa position looked worn out. The room is also supposed to accommodate 6 people according to Hilton's website but there were not enough chairs in the room for 6 people to sit. The rest of the room though was nice and had no issues. There were no noises or bad smells as i saw in the other reviews, maybe they fixed those. The bar looked nice but empty. We went out somewhere for drinks and didn't use it. The pool was closed for the season.

A localização é ótima. Facilidade nem tanto. Eu mantive o AC definido para 68 durante os 5 dias que estive lá. Ele chegou lá uma vez por algumas horas. Geralmente ficava em 72. E tudo estava úmido; cadeira, cama, paredes. Sono miserável.

Perfeito para ficar se você tiver uma agenda de reuniões de negócios ou atividades relacionadas ao trabalho. O bar está bem abastecido e o peixe com batatas fritas é muito bem passado! É claro que o Gerente de Alimentos e Bebidas está orgulhoso de suas ofertas! A piscina fica à direita e na área do pátio central, por isso é brilhante e ensolarado, com alguns móveis de exterior confortáveis ​​para relaxar!

Joya escondida de un lugar. Las habitaciones son maravillosas con una gran sala de estar y se abren a un dormitorio. Perfecto para quedarse si tiene una lista de reuniones de negocios o cosas relacionadas con el trabajo que hacer. El bar está bien surtido y el pescado y las patatas fritas está muy bien hecho. ¡Está claro que el Director de Alimentos y Bebidas se enorgullece de sus ofertas! Hidden gem of a place. Rooms are wonderful with a large living room and opening to a bedroom. Perfect for staying if you have a slate of business meetings or work related things to do. The bar is well stocked and the fish and chips is really well done! It's clear that the Food and Beverage Mgr is taking pride in his offerings! Pool is just right and in the center courtyard area so it's bright and sunny with some great comfy outdoor furniture to relax on!

Location is great. Facility not so much. I kept the AC set to 68 for the 5 days I was there. It got there one time for a few hours. Usually hung at 72. And everything was damp; chair, bed, walls. Miserable sleeping.

Quando cheguei lá, meu quarto estava ocupado, então eu tive que ser colocado em uma suíte King. Não é grande coisa, já que havia um sofá-cama na sala. Ao entrar no quarto cheirava a mofo (não vi nenhum), havia toalhas sujas penduradas na parte de trás da porta do banheiro, a banheira estava semi limpa e havia fios de cabelo nos lençóis. Pedi toalhas e panos de limpeza na manhã seguinte e me disseram que eles estavam sendo lavados, então tive que esperar. Aventurei-me fora durante o dia e voltei mais tarde, parei na mesa para pegar toalhas e panos de lavar novamente e o cara me entregou tapetes de banho e toalhas de piscina dizendo que eles não tinham nada limpo. No dia seguinte mesmo problema. Fiquei lá por 3 dias e finalmente consegui pegar toalhas e roupas de banho na manhã da minha partida. Este hotel é terrível! Também acho que o café da manhã deve ser fornecido gratuitamente para os hóspedes que ficam mais de dois dias. Principalmente porque estamos pagando um bom dinheiro e não podemos tomar banho.

If a company doesn’t have enough staff to operate then you should try running at half capacity…. I made reservations a month prior to my arrival. When I get there my room was taken so I had to be placed in a King suite. No big deal since there was a sleeper sofa in the room. Upon entering the room it smelled like mold (I didn’t see any), there were dirty towels hanging up on the back of the bathroom door, the tub was semi clean, and there were strands of hair on the sheets. I asked for towels and wash cloths the next morning and was told they’re being washed so I had to wait. I ventured out for the day and came back later in the evening stopped at the desk for towels and wash cloths again and the guy hands me bath mats and pool towels stating that they don’t have any clean. The next day same issue. I stayed there for 3 days and finally was able to get towels and wash cloths on the morning of my departure. This hotel is terrible! Also I think breakfast should be provided free of charge for guests who stay more than two days. Especially since we are paying good money and not being able to take showers.

Nice people. Thoughtful. But, the weekend buffet breakfast was a bust...Worst I've experience at a Doubletree property. The voucher system was not mentioned at check-in. Only on the fourth day at breakfast. Very confusing indeed. There are other Hilton properties in the area. I will try them the next time.

Clean hotel with some Room service paid breakfast very nice rooms bed was decently comfortable of other places I've stayed bartender at night was awesome that is a pert to go and have a little bar for a beverage before you settle in for the night! Really have nothing badd to say about this place fitness Room was decent with 50 pound dumbbells nothing special but help me get in a quick workout great location for the Dayton Mall area. I books through snap travel they found me the best rate really easy booking too!
