“We stayed here because it was the closest hotel to the Fillmore and we were seeing a concert. We worked with Ron at the front desk, and he was very professional and helped us get into a room before our show so we could enjoy Charlotte. Room was very clean. We stayed in a king size room and the bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet so we got a good night sleep. Check out was easy. Would stay again.”

“I had a serious headache shortly after I got to my room, I left to go to dinner and my lightened a bit. I came back and went to bed. The next morning I woke up with a serious headache again. As I was getting ready for my meeting I noticed a kind of urine smell, which I determined was mildew from my air unit. I told the guy working the desk downstairs about the mildewand that i am allergic to mold, and I also told him that I wanted to change rooms. He said " we are booked up tonight, but tell the girl that comes in the afternoon and she can try to get you switched. " I had no option but to endure the room for another night. When I checked out he didn't ask me how was my stay or anything like that, so I could not tell him how miserable my stay was.”
