“Check in for our room was not ready for 3pm. Two of the three room types I reserved were changed prior to check in by the hotel. The wheelchair accessible room was laid out very poorly with a large entertainment center between the bed and entrance. The rooms carpet had many stains and was sticky. The bathroom was filthy. We needed a caot for one of the rooms and recieved only two sheets and no comforter. I canceled 3 future stays at Hilton properties after how poor this stay was. I would not recommend this Doubletree and would not stay here again.”
