“Honestamente, não estou realmente impressionado com estes quartos. Um pouco abafado. Sem geladeira ou microondas. Cama confortável e limpa com TV maior.”
— George Tisnado
“The room was clean, but dated. I don't like to give one star, and almost never but there was a series of misfortunes... the staff at the front desk was fairly rude, but maybe she was having a bad day. For some unknown reason there was no mini fridge like usual, and was pleased when they quickly brought one up upon request, which was sadly countered by they fact that it barely worked... never got cold. Not a big deal, but I was a bit surprised that no complimentary toiletries were provided like normal, and the fro t desk didn't have any. The MAIN reason for the one star is that we misplaced our room key. The front desk just asked for our room number... no name, no I'd, nothing! I could have said any room number and she would have just given me a key! It's very concerning, as there were valuables in the room. Even WORSE though, we ended up finding the key in the room, and out of curiosity, tested it... and it WORKED! It was never deactivated when we reported it lost! Mind you, the room number was written on the key by the front desk, as well as the hotel name printed on it, so if anybody, anywhere had picked it up, they had everything they needed to find the room and help themselves. Long story short, sadly, I do NOT recommend this particular Doubletree ...”
