This is a great place for a family on a buget wanting to overnight. The rooms are large, very clean and the staff is friendly. The location is directly off the main freeway and is surrounded by $$$$$ to $$ restruants. Keep in mind the accommodations are not on pare with upper class hotels; as these rooms are lower class in terms of amenities. If you want plenty of space,don't mind lower standard amenities ( the shampoo and conditioner are literally glued to the shower tile wall and the coffee pot is not an Nespresso machine, no cable movie channels to watch) then this stop will pleasantly host all of your needs.

Hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly. Mr. Darryl helped with my maintenance issue with my AC in the room. I appreciated his manners and his outgoing personality.

Customer service was poor. People didn’t greet me coming in. I’m a Diamond member and I was given my bag or offered a cookie. Ice machine was not working on the 5th floor. Went to the first floor and ice machine was not working there. A girl at the front desk suggested I go the bar. I told her no one was there. She phoned them, and no answer. I finally had to te her that her phone calls was going unanswered. Another worker came over and got me ice from the bar. Also, I booked with 2 guests on my reservation but they gave me pushback about giving me my daily credit for two people because I didn’t call them ahead of time to give them the additional guest name (even though my reservation says 2). This was my 2nd weekend stay at this hotel and the service is just not good. Overall it was a mediocre experience that I’m not use to with Hilton.

My past stay was amazing! The room was really nice and they had great customer service. They have a very friendly maintenance team. Darryl has an incredible personality!! He came to fix my air conditioning and sink and he really made my stay feel like home.
