“Very comfortable rooms, service staff was always polite and friendly. During our stay there was construction which pushed the staff and the guests into each other. It made our stay more enjoyable. The food and fare is very good, even the breakfast bistro. It's expensive, but it may as well be a convenience store. Starbucks on tap though. The internet is blazing fast, and there is everything you need in the building.”

“We arrived at the hotel to all the guests outside and fire trucks leaving. Not the best impression but not the worst. Given a room on the 5th floor waiting for the elevator and the 5th floor button was broken. Exit the elevator wait for the second one, finally get the right elevator head to our room, the floor is under construction there is white sheetrock dust on the carpets from the elevator to our room. Open our room and we slammed with the stench of stale cigarettes and the carpet was stained. Add to that a broken shower head that was pulled away from the wall and a cracked countertop that was partially off the wall. It was the welcome we never asked for. Why they would put guests on a construction floor is beyond me, they workers are covered in dust walking around the floor and dressed up wedding parties are stuck in the same elevator. Add to that the down button on our floor did not work, trying to grab a quick lunch turned into a 24 minute wait / elevator tour. If it wasn't for the fact my bride was staying at the same hotel I would have left immediately. Even the bridal suite where the makeup/photos were supposed to be done was left filthy. When the bride complained they did a two minute wipe down with an attitude. These are basic requests these days post COVID. Flash foward to the evening of the wedding same night as check in, there was supposed to be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue. The front desk Caucasian man was the absolute rudest person, actually rolled his eyes when asked to check what time the bus would be leaving as there were several weddings happening within the area. He kept repeating his answer of the hotel is not responsible for the shuttle, however I confirmed with the bride the hotel in fact had the schedule. Even if this man wasn't told was rolling his eyes at me the proper response? yes your lobby is full of people and I'm sure I wasn't the only one asking, to be so exasperated by questions from guests maybe the front desk isn't where you should be assigned. Thankfully we drove there so just drove to the venue to avoid dealing with this man further. Get back to the hotel after the wedding the elevator is finally fixed but the AC in our room decided to stop working in the middle of the night. I woke up extra early and checked out as fast as I could. Never again.”
