Update 2/11/2023: I have now stayed at the hotel for the entire week and I have to decrease my five star review to 3.8. The internet has not worked for half of my stay. For most of us in this day and age, the internet is a must. Luckily, my phone's hotspot has allowed me to get by for business functions. I also don't like the small toilet in the bathroom - it really needs to be updated. Aside from that, all the things that I like about this hotel remain true. The staff have all been very polite and friendly. Original review 2/8/2023: Nice clean rooms and hotel with comfortable beds. There is a decent restaurant/bistro by the lobby. It's a little expensive but decent and with friendly service. Overall, nice stay and I will be back.

Hotel is fine, but they really like to change for services that every similar Marriott would give free (parking $10 - is in a suburban retail center not, downtown as example). Breakfast is normally included with status, minimal credit, no free coffee in lobby. Customer WiFi was also down the entire time and blamed on local issue...not sure how the rest of the systems worked then?

Bathroom smells really bad. Internet is also very bad. Food isn’t included, you have to pay for everything. Even parking, make sure to ask about parking before your car gets towed away. It’s clean tho but still not worth $189. I mean it’s a ok hotel but don’t expect too much

We were exhausted from driving a long day and came upon this hotel by accident. We were thinking that a hotel name that included Marriot would have high standards. But here was our experience. Bodywash was empty. There was a hair on one of the pillows good thing there were three others to choose from. There was a brown button right in front of the nightstand which leads me to believe that they most likely did not vacuum. Bed was very soft to my liking and dipped in the middle. No continental breakfast. They do have a bistro to purchase coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Staff was friendly though.

I stayed for two days in Sep 2022 . I put my Credit card on file because they required one. But I Have a Bonvoy gift card which was gifted to me by my employer. They took out all $700.00 dollars from my gift card . It was only supposed to be less than $234.00 And they also charge my card for the two days as well. Patricia Morreale, the person managing the Hotel has NOT as of today refunded my credit card nor my gift card. She already verified that what I am saying is correct but she has yet to contact me and help me. I have tried calling her and leaving her messages but no answer. Terrible service!!!!!
