Fundo, família de cinco. Dois adultos, três crianças. O objetivo da estadia era ter um lugar para descansar enquanto visitava a família.As impressões imediatas do hotel foram muito positivas. Você tem uma área de alimentação onde você pode comer algo, uma área de estar comum interna onde você pode comer se não quiser estar no seu quarto e uma área de estar ao ar livre com guarda-sóis grande o suficiente para cerca de 4- 5 famílias.Ficamos na suíte de duas camas de casal com sofá-cama. Está localizado no nível C com as outras suítes. Quando você está do lado de fora, pode ver que esse nível se estende além do resto do hotel para permitir o espaço extra. Mareum e Amy foram muito profissionais e prestativos na recepção. Tudo correu bem durante a nossa estadia e desfrutamos do nosso café da manhã com torradas de abacate e ovos. O pátio ao ar livre era adorável e tranquilo.

Os quartos são muito bem projetados com aparência moderna e banheiro agradável, mas o quarto SEMPRE estava úmido e cheirava a um vestiário. Os lençóis e o tapete sempre pareciam um pouco úmidos. Qualquer papel ou recibos no quarto ficariam molhados também. Manobrista e equipe da recepção foram excelentes. Apenas gostaria que eles pudessem descobrir esse problema úmido / abafado nos quartos. Experimentou isso três vezes em três ocasiões distintas.

Eu precisava encontrar um hotel para passar a noite quando as tempestades locais resultaram em vários cancelamentos de voos no LaGuardia. Eu precisava aqui no Courtyard em Queens. Eu estava inicialmente preocupado com a localização, mas como se viu, este é um local muito bom. As instalações são limpas e confortáveis. O preço era razoável também. Eu me senti muito bem-vindo e apreciado como cliente da Marriott.O Bistro e lounge foram Wm muito agradável, bem como o quarto um pátio traseiro.

The room was very nice until further inspection. It wasn't as clean as it looked upon first entry.There was a weird stain around the toilet and tooth brush stain around the sink wallpaper as well as the shower having red spots and uncleaned

Rooms are very nicely designed with modern looks and nice bathroom, but the room ALWAYS was humid and smelled like a locker room. The bedsheets and rug always felt slightly damp. Any paper or receipts in the room would become wet also. Valet and front desk staff were great. Just wish they could figure out this humid/muggy problem in the rooms. Experienced this three times on three separate occasions.

Mareum and Amy were very professional and helpful at the front desk. Everything went smoothly during our stay and we enjoyed our breakfast of avocado toast and eggs. The outdoor courtyard was lovely and quiet.

Background, family of five. Two adults, three children. Purpose of stay was to have somewhere to rest while visiting family. Immediate impressions of the hotel were very positive. Staff was all friendly and full of smiles. Common areas were clean and updated. You have a food area where you can get a bite to eat, an indoor common sitting area where you can eat if you don't want to be in your room, and an outdoor seating area with umbrellas that is large enough for about 4-5 families. We stayed in the two double bed suite with a sofa bed. It is located on the C level with the other suites. When you are outside you can see that that level extends out beyond the rest of the hotel to allow for the extra space. The room was larger than I expected, aside from the entry way we did not have to squeeze around each other like you would in a conventional room. The beds were comfy and the linens clean. The sofa bed is what you would expect and not usable. The sofa itself was comfy and large enough that our 7 year old simply put the bed linens on top and slept like that. No complaints from her about sleep quality but she's 7 so take it with a grain of salt. We were in C08, which is right next to the door that leads out if you don't want to take the elevator back up to the lobby. This proved to be the biggest negative. Do not stay in C08. Between the elevator arrival noise, too loud, and the door to get out of the C level, we were awoken too many times. The sound of the metal bar being slammed forward to open the door will haunt me in my dreams for a while. Stay in the highest numbered room you can, I think I saw a C12. That should lower the noise substantially. With regard to transit, you have a bus stop a 2 minute walk away. We took the Q17 into Flushing then the 7 to get into the city. That journey is about an hour depending on bus arrival. For food, you can have something at the hotel or you have many fast food type places within a 10 minute walk. We had halal food, pizza, chinese and boba, so much boba. A supermarket is about a 20 minute walk away. The clientele are not what you find in a motel 6 but the price and name attract out of country tourists. There were a couple nights that I heard two foreign languages being screamed down the hallway in the middle of the night as I'm sure they adjusted to jet lag. Overall the hotel is splendid. I can't fault the staff for a design choice made while the building was being constructed. Just stay clear of C08!

I needed to find a hotel to spend the night when local storms resulted in numerous flight cancellations at LaGuardia. I needed up here at the Courtyard in Queens. I was initially concerned about the location but as it turned out this is a really nice location. The facility is clean and comfortable. The pricing was reasonable too. I felt very welcomed and appreciated as a Marriott customer. The Bistro and lounge were Wm very nice as well as the room an rear courtyard.

The flight booked from JFK to CLT was cancelled. The American airlines therefore booked a hotel for me at - Courtyard - New york Queens / Fresh Meadows to stay for the night as they rebooked my flight next day. Upon reaching the hotel, the night staff denied room inspite of having the confirmation email from the airlines and confirmation done via phone before reaching the hotel. The checkin code was D95GA. They made me wait for 2 hours , justifying that they're cleaning the room at 12am at night, only to tell me finally that there's no room. Upon explaining the situation that i've been traveling straight for 27 hours, night staff named Jasmine stated that "YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE TIRED". They accept your reservations, make you travel all the way and deny the room with no empathy for the traveller. The attitude was very unprofessional, rude and racial to be specific. I would strongly recommend not to rely on this hotel as they would nake you travel from the airport only to deny room. Expected Marriott to keep better/hospitable staff.

My husband, our two sons, and I had a wonderful experience at the courtyard Marriott located in Fresh Meadows!! A huge thank you to the overnight receptionist Jasmine, thank you for genuinely loving your job and providing the best customer care service !!! Thank you for helping my family and I instead of turning us away since we did not have a card to put on file ! We appreciate you so much!

Unfortunately, the breakfast service was very bad. The food had bad taste and you could tell 100% it is not fresh. Everything seems it can from a box. You could feel the heavy chemical box taste and texture in the food. Not real food. Extremely limited options. The hotel does not serve breakfast, you must walk over to Fairfield Inn. The room has a coffee machine with coffee essentials but no water available to make your coffee.

Me parece muy céntrico,ubicado en un muy bonito lugar, las habitaciones sencillas pequeñas pero muy cómodas, con youtube incorporado, wifi excelente, y el personal muy amable. Hay lugares cerca para comer lo que gustes. A la mano derecha antes de la gasolinera pasa el bus 88 que te lleva a un centro comercial 🚌 sin problemas!

Todo depende del humor de los que estén en recepción. Por lo demás, buena ubicación con muchas opciones cercanas para alimentación y servicio de entregas. Hay un pequeño pub al lado, muy bueno.
