“My husband and I stayed here 1/4/23 in room 310. The desk with the outlets didn't work, the lamp in the living room didn't work, we had to use a lamp from the bedroom to put into the living room to give us a little extra lighting. The tub that is the jacuzzi tub that's in the bathroom mind you, had black sticky boot prints stuck to the bottom of the tub. And to make it all worse the next morning while we're in our room in our birthday suits, we get two knocks on the door and then someone begins to enter the room. My husband jumps up and goes to the door and there is a family at the door trying to get into the room with a woman with a clipboard telling us we need to check out but it's not check out time. So we call down to the front desk to find out if maybe we had check out time wrong, we didn't! When asked about the woman with the clipboard that allowed someone else to come into the room, front desk was clueless. Totally disappointed with this experience!.”

“I had a wonderful time! The king suite was much bigger than I expected! I was solo, but there was plenty of room for more.
The people working there, were very nice and helpful. I really enjoyed using the pool and spa facility.
Breakfast was amazing, and all the coffee that I desired. I will definitely go back for another treat there in the near future!”
