“Hotel is severely understaffed, they are cheap. There were no “welcome” cookies for our stay on Sunday. Both Friday ama me Monday am the hot tub didn’t work, took hours both times for them to get it going so it didn’t heat up before checkout so couldn’t be enjoyed. The entire hotel reeked of marijuana yet they charged us $250 claiming we smoked in the room which we did not, I did bring my cigarette butts back to the room to dispose of because I don’t litter but I did not smoke in the room but they charged us anyway. Front desk is almost always vacant because they are busy doing other things in the hotel because they too cheap to hire more employees. Breakfast is supposed to be at 6 but eggs weren’t out until 6:30. There is a sign saying the side door(where we parked) was closed during certain hours but they in fact didn’t unlock that until almost noon, probably due to being understaffed..”
