There is not much I liked. People hanging out in the hallway. Music blaring. Cigarette butts everywhere outside. The staff is not that nice. They catered to the road working people that are staying there. There were cigarette butts EVERYWHERE. When you walk into the hotel, you go through a cloud of smoke. There is trash all around, especially in the morning.

Location was pretty good. Right off the highway, and somewhat easy to find. The room was very simple and almost unfinished.

This hotel is in a good location, nice amenities included and the price was fair. The bathroom fan did not work but that wasn't a huge inconvenience.

Worst Wi-Fi I have ever experienced in a hotel. Couldn't get any work done as the Wi-Fi kept cutting off and resetting itself. If you need to get some work done while traveling, this is not the hotel for you !!

Homey decor, soft beds, hot water even with a full hotel, breakfast that varied, pool for the kids. Laundry machine only washed cold, Wifi didn't work on 3rd floor, door lock was funky.

Staff was very accommodating. Our first room had an ant problem, but as soon as we notified the staff we were moved to another nicer room down the hall. Breakfast was good. Again, staff was great. There was torrential rain in the area and we noticed large amounts of water dripping from the ceiling around the window. We notified the front desk and the water mess was cleaned up upon our return. I think the hotel is due for some maintenance updates.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and staff was attentive. Very convenient to town and freeway access.

The pool was warm and great for our family, the room had the king bed separated from the sofa bed by a door and that was awesome. Did not have a crib or pack n play which resulted in me gettting almost no sleep because my 1.5 year old does not sleep in a bed well.

This hotel isn't bad, it was generally well kept, the staff was cheerful, but the facilities and infrastructure are run down - things need to be repaired and changes need to be made, especially to the breakfast room. There were signs indicating that they are going to begin a renovation, so it appears that their issues may be addressed. But that didn't improve our stay. The room rate for a given size of room was quite reasonable, the location was convenient for our travel plan. First, the free WiFi was not working at all in our room - whether the device was a laptop, portable, it just wasn't possible to connect. The devices could see their WiFi networks, but to connect, you had to go out in the hall and walk about 30 feet toward the elevator (center of the building). The strongest WiFi signal we could find was someone who was using his iPhone as a hotspot!! Second, their was no electricity available in the outlet in the bathroom. The hotel's hairdryer didn't work, but nothing else plugged into that outlet would work either (our own hairdryer, curling iron, etc.) Third, there were very few available electrical outlets anywhere. The free breakfast was of average quality or slightly below - just adequate. And the breakfast room was really small; if it had been a busy morning with a lot of people leaving simultaneously, a lot of people would have had to eat somewhere else

Would definitely stay here again. Check in staff was very helpful. Water in shower was not working 100% as the spout stopper was not working fully. Room clean and comfy. Would recommend staying here...
