“Tan pronto como entramos, nos encontramos con quejas y desprecio por nosotros como clientes. Llegamos con máscaras y, dado que el personal tenía problemas para entendernos, el personal nos dijo que nos quitáramos las máscaras. Mientras estábamos allí, otro cliente les hizo una pregunta y el personal también tuvo problemas para entender al otro cliente. El nivel de mala educación era exagerado y nunca nos volveremos a alojar allí. Es sorprendente que puedan permanecer en el negocio.”
